Drama Camps

This summer we will offer four exciting drama camps: two for ages 8 - 11 years old and one for ages 12 - 16 years old, and a brand new camp for ages 14 - 18. The campers experience all aspects of theater, from improvisation and theater games, to technical and performance skills. These skills are put to the test when the 8 - 11 year olds perform in the ensemble of one of the Children's Theatre Productions, and the teens take acting to the next level with scene work, which they showcase for parents and friends.

Camp One for ages 8 to 11 will be

• July 7 - 15, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• July 16 - 19, 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday (including performances in the Children's Production Pinocchio).

Camp Two for ages 8 to 11 will be

• August 4 - 12, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• August 13 - 16, 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday (including performances in the Children's Production The Little Mermaid).

The Teen Camp for ages 12 - 16 will be

• July 21 - August 1, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

NEW! Musical Theater Intensive Camp for ages 14 - 18 will be

• June 24 - July 8, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Everyday you will be working on solos, duets, trios and group musical numbers that will culminate with a musical revue performance.

Each camp will be held at the Deb Fennell Auditorium, 9000 SW Durham Road, Tigard. The cost for each camp is $225.00 (space is limited). For information on dates and how to register call 503-620-5262.
