Ushering in a New Stage

Have you heard the news? After 16 years, The Broadway Rose has the chance to achieve a long-time goal of bringing theater to the community year round in a facility all our own! While we have no plans to leave the Deb Fennell in the summer, the Tigard/Tualatin School District has given us a “cafetorium” building that we can renovate into a new state of the art theater. Our “New Stage” will be home to existing programming including our holiday show, cabarets and play reading series. Plus, we will be able to add extra shows to our season and offer more drama camps and youth outreach programs. We are thrilled!

The Broadway Rose is now undertaking a capital campaign to raise the money we need for the renovation. Over $1,600,000 has been raised so far toward our goal, thanks to the many donors and foundations who have already come forward with generous support.
